Integration Design and Planning

Home / Integration Design and Planning

Decide the architecture before anyone writes a flow.

A fixed-scope advisory engagement that produces the integration blueprint: contracts, topology, security model and a migration sequence your delivery team can execute.

Advisory

The blueprint is the deliverable.

We are often brought in when an integration platform has been purchased but no one agrees on how to use it. This engagement resolves that: standards written down, decisions logged, and a sequence that survives contact with the release calendar.

It is deliberately short and deliberately independent — we will recommend against new licences if your existing estate can carry the design.

01

Current-state assessment

Interfaces, data flows, latency and failure history — measured, not assumed.

02

Contract standards

Naming, payload, error and versioning standards, with examples your developers can copy.

03

Security & compliance model

Authentication, authorisation, encryption, PDPA considerations and audit trail design.

04

Migration sequencing

Which interfaces move first, what runs in parallel, and the rollback trigger for each wave.

What the four weeks look like

WEEK 01

Discover

Systems inventory, stakeholder interviews, access to logs and monitoring.

WEEK 02

Options

Two or three candidate architectures with cost, risk and effort compared honestly.

WEEK 03

Decide

Architecture decision records signed off with your architects, not presented to them.

WEEK 04

Plan

Migration waves, resourcing, environment plan and delivery estimates.
